Practices

We will practice at least once or twice a week, with the potential for three practices on weeks we have games. Practices will last 1 to 2-hour sessions and will be located at Oakland, MD; McHenry, MD; Aurora, WV, or Terra Alta, WV, based on gym availability.

GRIT practices will be fast-paced and challenging. We will have fun, but we will work hard. We will use modified drills from high school to help provide your athlete with the skills and fundamentals needed for their future.
